Qualifications

• Availability to work internship dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders and support teams to help deliver engineering projects on the Digital Workplace Services roadmap.
• Coordinate and support active projects across the Digital Workplace Services portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and support teams to track project activities and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Solicit and document project decisions, requirements, action items, and key updates.
• Prepare consistent status reports and project updates for team leads and other stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized repository of project files, records, and supporting materials.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and emerging needs and elevate them to the appropriate project lead.
• Work under close supervision of the Project Management Tower Lead and collaborate with fellow project managers.
