Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI technologies to accelerate business processes and support digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities include deploying AI-driven automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robustness, security, and compliance across implementations. A CS/Engineering degree and practical RPA experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Professional experience developing and deploying AI automation solutions in a business context.
Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, RPA, and Python.
Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Effective communicator in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions for critical operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI automation strategies.
Evaluate, customize, and deploy ML models and RPA bots.
Analyze processes and propose automation improvements for productivity and reliability.
Manage end-to-end implementation cycles including testing, deployment and monitoring.
Troubleshoot automation systems and ensure security and compliance.
