Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems and automated workflows aimed at improving operational efficiency for Medicare Advantage members. This fully remote role collaborates with AI Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and clinical operations.

You will develop cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, ETL/orchestration using Airflow or Prefect, and RPA integrations, applying AI/ML in production within a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks with production experience.
• Experience applying AI/ML models or LLMs in production systems.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms and MLOps practices.
• Healthcare/regulated industry familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities
