Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI technologies to accelerate business processes and support digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities include deploying AI-driven automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robustness, security, and compliance across implementations. A CS/Engineering degree and practical RPA experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional experience developing and deploying AI automation solutions in a business context.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, RPA, and Python.
  • Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communicator in dynamic, collaborative environments.

LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking AI Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI technologies to accelerate business processes, drive efficiency, and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions for critical business operations.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI automation strategies.

  • Evaluate, customize, and deploy machine learning models, RPA bots, and intelligent process automation frameworks.

  • Analyze processes and propose automation enhancements to increase productivity, accuracy, and reliability.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including documentation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support.

  • Troubleshoot automation systems, optimize workflows, and ensure the robustness, security, and compliance of deployed solutions.

  • Remain current with advances in AI/ML, automation tools, and best practices, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Professional experience developing and deploying AI automation solutions in a business context.

  • Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and scripting/programming languages such as Python.

  • Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Effective communicator, comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML as-a-service tools.

  • Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

  • Knowledge of data privacy, security frameworks, and compliance considerations in automation.

  • Demonstrated ability to document solutions and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
