Proofpoint is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and evolve AI-driven tools that boost post-sales revenue teams’ effectiveness. You’ll partner with data, AI integration, and Enablement to turn ideas into high-impact capabilities.
The role emphasizes rapid AIInnovation, hands-on coding, and working within a fast-moving CS tech stack. You’ll contribute to chat assistants, workflow automations, and agentic applications while maintaining guardrails for safe scaling in a dynamic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years professional experience with at least 2+ years in AI technologies.
- Proven experience building AI applications with measurable results.
- Strong command of advanced prompt engineering and multi-agent systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve AI-driven applications and tools (chat assistants, workflows, autonomous agents).
- Partner with AI Integration and Data teams to expand AI capabilities across the CS tech stack.
- Develop agentic AI applications and define human-in-the-loop guardrails for scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
