Job summary

Flextrack is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer – AI Automation to accelerate our software development and delivery through automation and AI-enabled workflows. This remote role is open to candidates in the U.S.

or Canada, offering hands-on ownership of automation initiatives across CI/CD, testing, and deployment. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Implementation teams to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and drive release velocity while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or cloud engineering.
Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Azure environments.
Ability to implement automation at scale and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with API integrations and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Assess and optimize software development, testing, and deployment workflows.
Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using AI.
Integrate AI-powered workflows into testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Define and execute a roadmap for DevOps and automation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
