Job summary

Belsoftsolutions is seeking an AI workflow engineer to design and build automated AI agents and workflows from audit insights. You will integrate LLMs with CRMs, emails, and other tools, orchestrating via n8n or custom code to fit the project.

You will implement guardrails, monitor production performance, and document handover with client training to ensure smooth adoption in real-world settings.

Qualifications

This is the core of what we deliver. After an audit, you'll design and build the AI agents and workflows that take repetitive work off a client's team: enriching and routing leads, processing invoices and contracts, keeping clients from drifting away. You'll ship to production with guardrails and monitoring, then help train the team who will use it.

What you bring

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, and data handling
• Clear communicator who can explain a system to a non-technical client

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, tool calling, or multi-agent systems
• RAG, embeddings, and document processing (OCR, extraction)
• Background in sales ops, finance ops, or other business processes
