State Street’s CyberDNA team seeks a Senior AI Security Automation Engineer to shape AI-powered cybersecurity platforms. You will lead scalable agentic AI workflows, design production-grade AI systems, and implement secure, governed AI solutions across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with global cyber security and infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD pipelines while ensuring robust security and reliable deployment in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, AI, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years developing AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Experience in cybersecurity analytics, automation, or operational intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Drive architecture and delivery of scalable AI platforms for security workflows.
• Design and build production-grade AI systems including agents, skills, memory patterns, guardrails, and tool-use orchestration.
• Architect retrieval and context-engineering approaches (embeddings, semantic search, grounding, summarization, prompt/version management).
• Engineer cloud-native AI services in AWS, Azure and GCP using containers and serverless patterns.
• Establish governance, observability, and security standards across the platform lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering direction through code reviews and leadership.
