Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
• Experience building AI agents, automation workflows, or AI-enabled apps.
• Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, data models, security, and integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable designs and production-ready code.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and enterprise systems.
• Experience owning solutions through design to production support.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-enabled apps.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and designs.
• Build custom agents, plugins, actions, connectors, and data structures.
• Integrate applications with APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Write, review, and improve code for AI and automation solutions.
• Own solutions from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Evaluate solution quality, edge cases, and data security considerations.
• Monitor production, analyze logs, and remediate defects.
• Communicate decisions clearly across business, tech, and control teams.
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and practical adoption strategies.
