Job summary

DLRdmv is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to design and implement AI-driven tools across the organization, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. You will translate business needs into practical AI solutions, ensuring governance and security across platforms.

You will collaborate with CIO/IT and product teams to expand capabilities, maintain logging and auditability, and document solutions for long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in an IT, systems, automation, or similar technical role in a production environment.
• Practical experience as an administrator or power user with Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform / Power Automate.
• Ability to analyze and document business processes and convert them into structured workflows or automations.
• Understanding of risks associated with LLM-based systems and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with deployment/change management processes (source control, PRs, approvals).
• Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts and AI-driven workflows with Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio.
• Working knowledge of identity, access control, and data governance in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Copilot Agents in Copilot Studio with defined knowledge sets, data sources, and audiences.
• Develop and support workflows using Power Platform / Automate to streamline key processes.
• Evaluate, prototype, and rollout AI platforms with IT and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with business units to refine requirements for tools, agents, and enhancements.
• Structure data sources (SharePoint, Teams) for AI tools with proper access controls.
• Translate processes into prompts and AI-driven workflows providing measurable value.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to access controls, data protection, and classification policies.
• Document AI solutions and provide training for adoption.
