Job summary

Allstate is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise AI experiences across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. You will partner with security, compliance, and product teams to deliver safe, scalable solutions that improve employee productivity while protecting data.

Responsibilities include building Copilot use-cases, creating Studio agents, automating workflows with Power Automate, and delivering governed Power Apps and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat experiences.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
• Security and governance experience: Entra ID concepts, permissions, and information protection.
• API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2) and ability to troubleshoot cross-service issues.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into feasible solutions and to produce clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use-cases (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong grounding and content hygiene practices.
• Build and operate Copilot Studio agents (topics, actions, connectors, Dataverse) and integrate with Copilot Agents patterns.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs with robust error handling and scalability.
• Design Power Platform solutions (Power Apps + Dataverse) with governed data access and operational dashboards (Power BI).
• Integrate with enterprise systems via Microsoft Graph and Power Platform connectors; design and maintain custom connectors/APIs.
• Implement security and compliance controls (Entra ID permissions/consent, Purview DLP/labels/retention).
• Establish agent/automation lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod), chang e control, versioning, and runbooks; provide KTLO support.
• Enable safe AI-assisted content workflows with Adobe Creative Cloud, focusing on IP protection and approved usage.
• Measure outcomes using adoption/telemetry signals and improve agents and automations from feedback.
