Qualifications

Experience leading daily Agile delivery of engineering, automation, or technology teams.
Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
Ability to collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and automation specialists.
Proven ability to measure software-delivery effectiveness using data.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Agile delivery of AI and automation experiments, from idea to MVP and production.
Maintain a cardinal backlog with clear priority ordering.
Facilitate backlog refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives; adapt Agile practices as needed.
Identify barriers, coordinate experts, and keep priority work moving.
