Qualifications

• Lead daily Agile delivery of high-output engineering, automation, or technology teams.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Comfort working with senior engineers and automation specialists; challenge complexity and excessive work in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Agile delivery of AI and automation experiments, from idea to MVP and production.
• Maintain a cardinally ordered backlog with clear first/second/third priorities.
• Clarify outcomes and write well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, daily coordination, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Adapt Agile practices to team needs instead of ceremonial rigidity.
• Break large opportunities into smallest increments and limit work in progress.
• Identify barriers quickly and bring the right experts to keep priority work moving.
• Use delivery data to improve cycle time, throughput, and communicate value.
