Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Business System Analyst within the BTS team to support AI applications for R&D platforms. You will gather requirements, model data, and coordinate changes across data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

The role requires experience with AI technologies, enterprise systems, and strong collaboration to deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field required.
• Experience with enterprise systems development, implementation and operations.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and their capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead meetings with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements for AI applications.
• Coordinate system testing, change requests and implementation specifications.
• Develop detailed user requirements, workflows, data models and reporting.
• Provide training materials and assist with user education and adoption.
