Aaratech Inc. seeks a Business Analyst – AI & Automation to drive digital transformation by analyzing processes and defining requirements for AI-driven solutions across cybersecurity, healthcare, and enterprise domains.

You will partner with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions, support user acceptance testing, and present insights to stakeholders. 3–4 years of BA experience and knowledge of AI concepts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–4 years BA experience on tech/digital transformation projects.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements documentation.
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, BI concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for AI and automation projects.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to implement AI solutions.
• Develop process documentation, reports, and business workflows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.
• Present business insights and project recommendations to stakeholders.
