Job summary
Places for People is seeking an AI Analyst to support the development of the AI roadmap by researching opportunities, analysing business needs and helping to build AI and automation solutions. You will gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, translating ideas into practical workflows and AI-enabled tools.
You will also assist with backlog management, solution delivery, testing, and continuous improvement, while ensuring governance, data privacy and responsible AI
Qualifications
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, including user stories and process mapping.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of our AI roadmap by researching opportunities and analysing business needs.
- Gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate ideas into AI-enabled workflows and automations.
- Support backlog management, solution delivery, testing and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, data privacy and responsible AI principles, producing documentation, progress updates and insights.
