Job summary

Banco Plata is seeking a junior professional to help drive AI-powered automation across the company. You will dive into the business context of different teams, gather and structure requirements, and translate problems into AI-ready specifications.

You will also write and iterate on prompts for AI workflows, and craft clear instructions for data annotators while building analytics to measure automation performance and quality. A strong analytical mindset and curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong mathematical/analytical background with a solid understanding of statistics.
• Python and SQL knowledge is a plus.
