Job summary

Monotype, a leader in type and technology, seeks an AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer to transform enterprise workflows through AI-first automation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years in IT admin, business systems analysis, automation, or related roles.
• At least 1 year hands-on with AI tools or LLM-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven workflows and multi-agent automation for business processes.
• Build AI automations with low-code/no-code platforms (n8n, Workato, UiPath, Zapier).
• Configure agents, integrations, and workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Connect systems using APIs and connectors; support ERP and collaboration tools.
• Support Salesforce, SAP, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Workday integrations.
• Leverage OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI for automation initiatives.
• Help implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and knowledge retrieval.
• Establish governance, monitoring, and reliability for AI automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve workflows.
• Contribute to evolving AI automation strategy through experimentation.
