Monotype is seeking an AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer to transform enterprise workflows through AI-first automation. You will partner with GTM, Finance, Legal, HR, Support, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions.

You will build intelligent agent systems using modern LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations, blending systems engineering, AI architecture, and product thinking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years IT administration, business systems analysis, automation, or related roles.
• At least 1 year AI tools or LLM workflows experience.
• Experience configuring AI agents using low-code/no-code tools.
• Translate operational needs into scalable workflows.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs/connectors.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Design and configure AI-driven workflows and multi-agent automation systems.
• Build and manage AI automations using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Configure AI agents, integrations, and workflows across enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Connect systems using APIs, connectors, and automation tech.
• Support integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Workday.
• Leverage AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI) for automation.
• Help implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows and knowledge retrieval.
• Establish governance, monitoring, and operational processes for automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve workflows.
• Contribute to evolving AI automation strategy through experimentation.
