Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software or automation development.
• Hands‑on experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, Azure) and solid understanding of authentication, permissions, and service accounts.
• Experience with API integration, automation scripting, and agent‑based frameworks.
• Familiarity with process automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Logic Apps).
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and access control in automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI Agents using the firm’s AI agent platform and orchestration tools.
• Integrate with internal and external applications via APIs to support agent workflows.
• Build and support process automations using Power Automate, Zapier, and Workato to streamline tasks across systems.
• Define and enforce guardrails and permissions for AI Agents to ensure compliance and access control.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to validate dependencies and troubleshoot.
