Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Automation Specialist to design and deploy AI-powered workflows across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and rapidly prototype solutions with stakeholder validation.

You will integrate LLMs, AI agents, and RAG with existing systems, ensure production readiness, coach colleagues to build their own automations, and contribute to scalable frameworks that improve cross-functional efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building automations that deliver measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and prompts.
• Experience integrating APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code automation.
• Business-minded with ability to translate user needs into automation.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to prototype and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automations and internal tools.
• Prototype rapidly, validate with stakeholders, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and prompts with existing systems.
• Ensure production readiness with monitoring, documentation, and reusable components.
• Guide governance and scalability of automation initiatives.
• Coach non-technical colleagues to build their own automations.
• Develop reusable templates, prompt libraries, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT on platform decisions and standards.
• Track impact metrics and help shape the automation roadmap.
