Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to define, architect, and operationalize its Agentic AI ecosystem for intelligent automation and decision intelligence across enterprise workflows.

You will drive design, governance, and production-grade AI agents, integrating LLMs, MoE, embeddings, and multimodal AI with enterprise systems to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise automation.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript; backend systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms and solutions.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for Agentic AI development, deployment, monitoring, and security.
• Design and oversee AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, tool utilization, contextual retrieval, and multi-step workflow execution.
• Architect scalable orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI, MCP, OpenClaw, OpenCode, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Drive automation initiatives using platforms such as n8n and other workflow orchestration tools, ensuring resilience through robust retry, fallback, and exception-handling strategies.
• Lead deployment and operationalization of AI solutions using containerized environments, CI/CD pipelines, and production-grade serving infrastructure.
• Partner with Data, Platform, Security, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
