Job summary

MBRAUN Incorporated, located in Stratham, New Hampshire, seeks a full-time AI and Automation Specialist to enhance efficiency across the organization and share day-to-day end-user support with the IT team.

Responsibilities include discovery and planning with department leaders, adoption training for AI tools, automation and integration between ERP and other systems, and robust documentation. The role requires 2–4 years IT experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of IT or business systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience training and supporting non-technical users.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across the organization.
• Evaluate new AI tools and vendors and advise IT management.
• Plan and lead rollout of AI tools with user training and adoption support.
• Create user guidance within data handling rules set by IT management.
• Build and maintain workflow automations and integrations between business systems.
