Openwork is seeking a Technology Partner to identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and existing technology to improve how we work. This hands-on role values experimentation, problem-solving, and turning ideas into practical solutions across the company.

You’ll work with colleagues from various teams to understand processes, spot inefficiencies, and build tools that reduce manual tasks while increasing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or technology to build, improve, or streamline processes.
• Strong desire to learn as technology evolves and apply new capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI tools and automation platforms to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with teams to understand workflows and needs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
• Build, configure, test, and refine AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Connect tools and systems to create efficient processes.
• Experiment with approaches to find the best solution for each use case.
• Troubleshoot, test accuracy, and adjust based on results and feedback.
• Explain solutions clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Help implement new workflows and train users.
• Document solutions for maintenance and reuse.
• Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them practically.
