Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Expertise in AI concepts, deployment strategies, and ethics for business integration.
• Experience designing or implementing AI and automation in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP and ERP ecosystems, esp. SCM, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) or major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions translating business challenges into AI requirements.
• Design and deploy production-grade Autonomous Agents and multi-agent orchestrations.
• Engineer Agentic AI integrations over legacy architecture to optimize workflows.
• Architect and scale production-ready AI models and multi-agent systems (GCP preferred).
• Serve as Project Manager for AI initiatives and secure IT resources.
• Host AI literacy workshops and Demo Days to drive adoption.
• Drive no-code/low-code AI agent options and train business users.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and ensure AI outputs are contextually relevant and safe.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with existing workflows and establish performance benchmarks.
