Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, seeks an AI Analyst to serve as the Center of Excellence specialist for applied AI and automation in Global Sourcing. You will govern and deploy AI tools, build automations, and partner with Spend Analytics to embed AI insights into sourcing workflows.

You will design and maintain automations, enforce governance standards, and train the team on AI literacy while reporting ROI and adopting emerging tools across the COE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical, analyst, or process-improvement role, ideally supporting AI, automation, or analytics initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) and automation/RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath).

Responsibilities

• Provide AI governance and access controls for AI platforms used by Sourcing.
• Design, build, and maintain automations to reduce manual effort in sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with category managers to identify automation opportunities across workflows.
• Evaluate and recommend AI and automation tools for sourcing use cases.
• Track tool adoption and ROI through dashboards and reports.
