You will empower category managers with well-governed AI capabilities, ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance standards, and drive ROI through automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• Experience with AI, automation, or analytics initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance and data privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI governance and access control across Sourcing.
• Design, build, and maintain automations to reduce manual effort in sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with category managers to identify automation opportunities.
• Track AI tool adoption and ROI with dashboards.
• Deliver training to build AI literacy across the sourcing organization.
• Lead cross-functional Enterprise AI projects with sourcing stakeholders.
