Job summary

Victaulic, based in Easton, PA, seeks an AI Analyst to join the Global Sourcing COE as the AI governance and automation specialist. You will administer AI tools, build automations with Power Automate and RPA, and empower category managers with safe, governed AI capabilities.

Collaborate with Spend Analytics and BI teams to embed AI insights into spend visibility, track ROI with dashboards, and ensure compliance with GDPR and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, data science, IS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in a technical/analyst role supporting AI or automation initiatives.
• Experience with AI governance, GDPR, EU AI Act is desirable.
• Ability to translate business processes into automatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI automations to reduce manual work in Sourcing.
• Govern AI tool access and enforce enterprise governance standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports for ROI and utilization.
• Provide training and user guides to strengthen AI literacy.
