Stride, Inc. is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions. You will lead a small team, guide model development from proof-of-concept to production, and align AI work with school services and business objectives.

The role focuses on NLP, recommender systems, and end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, with home-based work and collaboration with executives and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, math, physics, or engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying machine learning models, especially NLP and recommender systems, using Python and ML libraries.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform to build scalable, secure environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models across product lines.
• Leverage cloud ecosystems and IaC to ensure production-ready AI systems.
• Oversee data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Supervise 1-3 AI Engineers and flex contributors on projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and governance teams.
