Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Architect to design, build, and launch AI-powered features inside internal business applications. This hands-on role involves problem framing, prototyping, evaluation, rollout, and production monitoring to empower enterprise sales teams.

You will partner with product managers, data engineers, and platform teams to ship reliable AI capabilities. The role is hybrid with locations in multiple cities and a focus on scalable, cost-efficient AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise/business applications development.
• 1+ years with GenAI technologies and frameworks (LangChain, LLM APIs).
• 1+ years building and deploying ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for Technology & Product Operations.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable data products and AI models.
• Apply modern AI/LLM techniques to GTM problems with Ops, Data Science and Eng.
• Design for quality, guardrails, monitoring, and business outcome measurement.
• Mentor teams on AI tooling, coding standards, and best practices.
• Operate in production at scale, with low latency and optimized cost.
• Collaborate to scale models from prototype to production and communicate results to leadership.
