Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of pre-sales IT experience.
• Strong technical acumen in Analytics & AI.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, storage).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Create field-facing content (walkthroughs, demos, guides) for Analytics & AI solutions.
• Lead webinars and events with partners and vendors.
• Participate in customer calls, demos, POCs, and strategy sessions.
• Stay updated on product offerings (FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx) and enablement plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across GTM and corporate functions.
• Conduct field testing to document insights and bridge gaps to solutions.
