Tessl is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Field Engineer) to shape how we engage customers and demonstrate our AI-native platform. You will be a power user, build tailored demos, and bridge field feedback to product and engineering teams.

You will own technical relationships in sales cycles, design solutions for engineering teams, and help onboard customers to realize real value beyond licenses. Strong AI tooling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• 5+ years in field engineering or pre-sales roles.
• Fluency with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build field engineering from the ground up and help define engagement with customers.
• Own technical relationships in sales cycles, run demos and answer complex questions.
• Understand customers' environments and design tailored AI-native solutions.
• Guide onboarding and adoption to deliver real platform value post-sale.
• Code alongside the product team to inform roadmap and integrations.
• Design internal tools for smarter GTM motions and onboarding.
• Surface product insights from field feedback to engineering and product teams.
