National Debt Relief is seeking a data-savvy Manager of AI Analytics to serve as an individual-contributor analytics expert. You will measure, test, and optimize agent-replacement AI across voice and chat channels, building dashboards for real-time visibility into quality and client experience goals.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for AI scale-up, collaborating with AI Analytics and Engineering teams and reporting to Analytics leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, especially onboarding or customer journeys.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts, even without formal management.

Mansioni

• Execute the measurement framework for AI Analytics across voice and chat channels.
• Design and run test analysis for AI model and prompt experiments, translating results into go/no-go recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking AI-handled interaction KPIs (containment, accuracy, CSAT, escalation).
• Partner with AI Analytics and Engineering to ensure data flows into unified reporting.
• Analyze AI interaction volume and trends to support decisions on scaling AI across channels.
