Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking a data-savvy Manager of AI Analytics to measure, test, and optimize agent-replacement AI across voice and chat channels. You will design tests, track KPIs, and build dashboards to provide real-time visibility into AI performance, partnering with AI Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure clean data flows into Snowflake.
