Job summary

The Agent Strategist role sits at the intersection of product, agents, and customer outcomes, with ownership from scoping through production deployment.
You will work closely with enterprise customers to translate business goals into scalable agent solutions, partnering with product and research to shape the company's AI strategy
Qualifications
- Customer obsession and relationship-building with executives.
- Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical thinking to navigate ambiguity and complex problems.
- Ability to engage with technical concepts and design tradeoffs.
- Proven track record delivering multiple high-visibility projects.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping to production rollout.
- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to enterprise customers and shape AI strategy.
- Facilitate working sessions and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track for launch.
- Surface unmet needs from customer work to guide research and platform directions.
- Drive measurable improvements by translating customer feedback into product enhancements.
