Wwshemi in San Francisco is seeking an Agent Product Manager to coordinate with customers, sales, and engineering, focusing on turning customer needs into product improvements and building repeatable AI agents.

You will lead onboarding calls, scope technical requirements, and prioritize automation vs. engineering work to deliver customer solutions, with a strong emphasis on reducing manual work and improving workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering customer solutions.
Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with scripting, RPA, no-code tools, or similar approaches.
Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding, refinement, optimization, and business review calls to support retention and growth.
Build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions.
Identify shared customer needs and translate them into prioritized feature requests for engineering.
Partner with engineering to resolve blockers and define new agent capabilities.
Automate routine work and improve the efficiency of customer-facing processes.
