Job summary

Hello Patient is hiring a technical, high-agency AI Agent Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI agents in real customer environments. You will lead deployments as product launches, define requirements, and shape the customer-facing roadmap for each deployment.

This role blends product ownership with hands-on agent building, turning customer requirements into shipped agent behavior using prompts, guardrails, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Product Management or related role or equivalent technical PM experience
• Strong technical product background with APIs and integrations
• Experience shipping in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority
• Bias toward ownership and action

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end—from requirements through production go-live
• Build agents by translating requirements into agent behavior using prompts, tools, and guardrails
• Drive zero-to-one execution, identifying unknowns and managing tradeoffs
• Collaborate with Conversational Design and Customer Engineering on integrations and workflows
• Codify successful patterns into playbooks and hand off scalable solutions
