Job summary

Health Note is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own product definition, prioritization, and experience design for our AI Agents within healthcare workflows. You will define what these agents should do and how success is measured, ensuring alignment across patients, providers, and clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years product experience in a complex, workflow-heavy healthtech environment.
• Ability to make product decisions inside guardrails, escalating when executive input is required.
• Strong product sense: simple experiences that handle real-world complexity.
• Experience operationalizing AI agents or similar automation in customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Agents product loop: signals, experience, requirements, prioritization, and measurement.
• Translate customer, patient, and workflow signals into clear product decisions and guardrails.
• Define how we measure AI Agents’ improvement before/after deployment, including criteria and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate agent behavior into buildable requirements with clear tradeoffs.
• Communicate with enterprise customers about what we’re building, what we’re not, and the rationale behind decisions.
