Job summary

Hello Patient is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end customer deployments, aligning stakeholders and driving successful launches. You will coordinate cross-team efforts, translate requirements into execution plans, and ensure scalable delivery for strategic customers in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

You will work closely with AI Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management, handling timelines, blockers, and risk while delivering high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical project/program management in SaaS deployments.
• Experience leading complex B2B deployments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong PM skills: timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication with customers and executives.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Drive cadence with weekly updates, status reporting, and clear ownership across teams.
• Identify blockers, drive resolution, and ensure teams stay aligned toward launch goals.
• Manage multiple deployments simultaneously with a high bar for execution and customer experience.
• Partner with AI Product Managers, Engineering, Conversational Design, QA, and Account Management to coordinate delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plans.
• Set up and configure telephony systems as part of deployments.
• Create and maintain project documentation and workflows in Linear/Jira.
