Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control across large-scale enterprise systems. You will develop authentication, state management, and execution environments, while advancing model tuning and IP-focused research.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams, and contributions to conference presentations. A strong background in AI-native tooling and cryptographic auth is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficient with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiar with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evals.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra experts for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and help IP development.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
