Job summary

EY invites an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, covering tool usage, state management, execution environment control, policy definition, and multiagent APIs.

You will lead architecture design, collaborate with Security, Data and Infra teams, mentor engineers, present findings at conferences, and help scale AI capabilities across hybrid, client-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS, or Math.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native tooling and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop AI agent control frameworks and synthesis models.
• Implement benchmarking against agent and human evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for robust outcomes.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
