Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control for scalable enterprise use. The role focuses on agent identity, authentication, state management, and open research collaboration with security and data teams.

You will work across cross-functional teams on post-training environments, evaluation benchmarks, and IP development, with a hybrid work model and competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Mathematics.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Experience with AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, TypeScript; Go, Rust or Java.
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic identity and authentication.
• Experience with CI/CD, IDEs, and code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarks.
• Design AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
