Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control across large-scale systems. You will lead post-training environments, synthesis models, and comprehensive agent control frameworks while collaborating with Security, Data and Infra teams.

The role demands 5+ years in software/AI, advanced degrees, and hands-on development of AI capabilities in agent control, with an emphasis on authentication, observability, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, TS) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design principles and authentication methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps and cloud AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Architect post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
