Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control. The role focuses on agent identity, authentication, environment control, and multi-agent APIs with emphasis on telemetry and secure, observable deployments.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native tools and modern CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments and agent control frameworks.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Support business development and present at conferences.
