Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, state management, and multi-agent authorization. You will lead architecture efforts for identity/auth, post-training environments, and synthesis models across cross-functional teams.

You will test and benchmark architectures, drive AI Native design, and collaborate with security, data, and infra groups while supporting strategic EY initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native software development tools/code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking performance.
• Develop comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development activities as required.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
