Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers and technical staff to configure fields to adapt to cross software databases with 2-way linear automation, and AI prompt-engineering.
• Build and refine prompts to optimize AI-driven workflows.
• Perform systems integration with enterprise tools using APIs, connectors, and secure methods.
• Maintain analytics and reports on AI tool adoption across departments.
• Train end users with hands-on guidance, videos, and guides for AI prompts and software.
