Job4pak is seeking an AI Operations Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will sit with teams, train individuals, and monitor how AI workflows are adopted to ensure tools are trusted and used correctly.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in operations, customer success, support, coordinator, or client-facing roles
• Evidence you have already leaned into AI on your own using AI tools or automation
• Basic data literacy: comfortable reading a report and doing simple analysis
• A knack for winning over busy or skeptical people

Responsibilities

• Sit with teams using the AI systems and answer practical questions
• Drive adoption through brief trainings, side-by-side walkthroughs, and reference notes
• Track usage, identify where users get stuck, and surface blockers
• Map real workflows and flag drift before outputs go wrong
• Translate between floor and leadership in plain terms
• Operate deployed tools and pull analytics while escalating issues when needed
