Job summary

Relay Network seeks a junior-level specialist for the AI Center of Excellence to drive adoption and enablement of internal AI tools. You will translate technical capability into business value, design training cadences, and build feedback loops to measure outcomes across teams.

Reporting to the Chief Innovation & AI Officer, you will craft the internal narrative, collaborate with the Applied AI Lead, and work with stakeholders to embed new tools into existing workflows, even when metrics are not

Qualifications

1 to 3 years in internal communications, change management, program coordination, or a related people-facing function.
Ability to measure outcomes and define proxies when clean metrics do not exist.
Track record of building relationships and driving adoption across skeptical groups.

Responsibilities

Identify adoption barriers for new tools and guide uptake through constraints.
Build and maintain a network of internal champions across functions.
Design lightweight enablement assets for different skill levels.
Own the internal launch plan for each new tool or capability, including announcement and timing.
Translate technical capability into plain-language value for non-technical audiences.
Establish a consistent internal narrative for CoE tools within the company direction.
Track adoption metrics: active usage, time-to-adoption, drop-off, sentiment.
Run surveys and listening sessions; translate feedback into rollout adjustments.
Partner with team leads to embed tools into workflows, not as extra steps.
Report adoption health to the CIAO with actionable insights.
