Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana seeks a Manager of AI and Software Solutions to lead adoption and support for AI and organizational software across the enterprise. You'll manage training, documentation, and administration of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools, while coordinating AI initiatives and maintaining a software inventory to ensure governance and security.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred in IT or related field.
• 2–4+ years experience supporting and administering business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools required.
• Experience with AI tools and project management platforms preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives and train staff on AI tools.
• Develop training materials and documentation for software.
• Manage SharePoint intranet site and Teams/permissions.
• Administer Asana, templates, workflows, and usage monitoring.
• Maintain software inventory and governance processes.
• Provide tech support and user guidance across org.
