Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to drive enterprise AI adoption, governance, and operational management across the business. You will partner with leadership to enable AI use cases, train users, and coordinate intake and platform activities.

You will support POC initiatives, track KPIs, manage access and licenses, and maintain SOPs and knowledge content to ensure responsible AI usage across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in IT operations, technical support or related fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes or improving workflows.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for AI use cases and project requests.
• Support AI adoption, onboarding, and user enablement across teams.
• Manage AI platform access, onboarding/offboarding and license tracking.
• Assist with evaluation of AI proofs-of-concept and stakeholder feedback.
• Track adoption metrics, prepare reports, and support governance activities.
